A Farm-to-Table Lunch With Fresh Jackfruit Tacos
After exploring the property, guests gathered for a delicious farm-to-table lunch featuring fresh jackfruit tacos.
The meal celebrated the abundance of locally grown food and demonstrated how ingredients from the land can become something nourishing, creative, and delicious. Sharing food together was a wonderful way to continue the day’s conversations and build new connections among visitors, hosts, and community members.

Hosting the Eco Village Hawai‘i tour gave us the chance to share what we have learned while also hearing new perspectives from others interested in natural building, regenerative living, and intentional community.
